VISION
Josiah Pickard Elementary School creates a safe and enriched learning environment that empowers all students to become responsible learners and achieve at a high level of academic performance.  We believe that education is a collaborative effort involving all stakeholders such as the students, parents, teachers, administrators, and the community at large.

​MISSION 
Through a rigorous program of international education, the mission of Pickard Elementary School is to develop and build a solid foundation in each student that exemplifies respect, caring, compassion and empathy toward multicultural global societies, while developing inquiring lifelong learners who are well-balanced, knowledgeable and globally-minded citizens, who understand the value of varying perspectives in a diverse, world society.
